Situated at the point intersection of Huron and Prospect Avenues, the century-old Osborn Building underwent extensive rehabilitation. After being vacant for years, it was converted into 50+ apartment units and assorted retail shops. Built in 1896, during its history, the Osborn Building has housed medical offices, banks, and retail vendors. The buildings unique V shape makes it one of the more architecturally distinct buildings in downtown Cleveland and a prime residential addition to Cleveland’s Gateway area.
