Construction of a 14,704 square foot Amenity Center located at the Hummingbird Pointe Apartments in Parma, Ohio. Constructed as LEED Silver project, the center includes a meeting room, prep kitchen, cyber café, library, fitness center, wellness wing and beauty shop.

Construction of a 6,800 square foot Wellness/Amenity Center facility built on an existing multi-family property which consists of a single-story masonry structure with off-set sloped standing seam roofs. The facility consists of a high-ceiling grand room with small warming kitchen for events and wellness facility, both looking out on professionally landscaped grounds including pedestrian corridors connecting the new center to the two adjacent residential towers.
