After 10 years at the casino, Kosar’s Wood-Fired Grill was reimagined and rebranded as Valley’s Edge Steak & Seafood.
The 4,682 square-foot, 313 seat restaurant was rebranded from a football-centric dining experience to a high-end steakhouse utilizing design concepts provided by The Estephan Group.
The décor is elegant with natural elements utilizing long wood planks hanging from the ceiling and showcases metallic art from local artisans.
